After using version 7.1.4.0, I reinstalled to 8.2.3 and shut down by clicking the shutdown button. However, it won’t run afterward or displays this warning window. It simply won’t run at all. Changing all cookie settings to allow does not resolve the issue. Windows 10, no VPN.
