Tribler does not start up in Windows 10

Whene I try to open Tribler in windows 10 I get the folowing text: Errors occured, See the logfile…
In this logfile is the following text:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File “tribler_exe.py”, line 123, in
UnicodeDecodeError: ‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0xb4 in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)
Anyone know what the problem is?

I have same problem. I think it has something to do with non-ASCI characters in Windows profile name or somewhere in windows.

(I have Windows in english, but I have czech keyboard and profile name with czech characters. In czech language usual suspects are characters “ěščřžýáíéúů”)
