I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Tribler P2P client (version 8.2.3) where downloads are stuck at 0 Bytes/s when any level of anonymity (1 or more hops) is enabled.
Crucially, non-anonymous downloads (0 hops) work perfectly fine.
The likely cause is an ISP-level block on the Tribler anonymity protocol. Any solution? I suppose a VPN will work.
