Torrent is uploading despite the setting "No seeding"

Hello!

I have Tribler 7.12.1 x64 installed.

If I set the seeding setting like this:

…then the torrent is still seeding (also after restarting Tribler):

If I switch to “seeding for hours:minutes” and set it to “0:00”, then it also keeps seeding.

Do I understand something wrong or is this a bug?

Well, as long as you are downloading - normal bittorrent swarm will do what it does - share files - up & down. No seeding will be activated after your download is complete 100%.

Atleast this is what I think
