every client alternative i’ve looked at exposes your IP to the public. does tibler really offer anonymous downloads?
tribler uses hops to make it more troll resistant, you can add more hops to make it even more troll resistant at the expense of slower download speeds
the current version defaults to 1 hop and up to 3 are possible
this gives it even more protection than a VPN
