Mojave Proxy settings cause App to not launch after first time

On MacOS Mojave, inputting proxy settings, then closing the app does not allow it to open again. The only solution is to delete the hidden .Tribler folder. The same thing happens if you do it again.

Also, it would be a better solution to be able to set the network interface that tribler uses.
