as long as Tribler does not have a modern US like other competitors popularity will be very limited

Completely agree! That’s why we are working on gradually improving it. 7.10, which is gonna be released in the next 10 days, already features some GUI changes. There are more plans for GUI improvement this Fall, with redesign of Downloads section, adding night/day mode changing, etc.
What would you suggest we should improve? How would you like Tribler to look and feel?

Every time I open it I have to continually resize columns etc
I have a 4K panel

I guess that count as a request for the “remember table and window sizes over restarts” feature, right?
