Hi, I exclude some files from a torrent, but once Tribler is restarted, all files are included again. Looks like a bug (v 7.10.0/win7/x64).
Does it happen with every torrent? 7.11 is going to change the interface for excluding/including files quite a bit, so the problem should be fixed there.
