pysqlite2.dbapi2.DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

Thank you for reporting. It seems the database is corrupted in the state directory. Does this problem occur every time you run Tribler?

It did, yes. Once this popped up, it would always pop up anytime I attempt to load Tribler.

So I was forced to erase Tribler (hidden files) and start over once again.

I’m currently running Tribler and it’s the best it’s been (lasted the longest).
It still crashes sometimes, but not as often as it used to.

I’m still using 7.0.1.

I see there is now a 7.0.2.

Sadly, I’m able to reproduce the bug yet on my machine and don’t know the cause of database corruption yet but I’ll investigate it more.

Yes, Tribler 7.0.2, we’d love it if you could give it a try and let us know of any issues. We’re continuously improving it to make it more stable and robust.

After my last post, I downloaded and started using 7.0.2.
So far it works fine and hasn’t crashed all day.
