7.5.0-rc1 is released!

Dear Tribler Community,

The first release candidate of Tribler 7.5 series is ready for testing. It adds numerous bugfixes and performance improvements over the previous experimental releases.

Although this is an RC and we consider it pretty stable, it is still advised to backup your Tribler state directory before upgrading.

The binaries are available below or can be downloaded from the official release page at Github repository.

congrats! it works…

However 2 things:

Seems like libtorrent 1.2.4 does not work together, or something specificic in my case.
During CGNAT situation upload does not work. You can verify with an android usb tethering enabled phone connected to a pc.

CGNAT is hard. Maybe you could try out some other LIbtorrent-based client to see if the problem is Tribler-specific?

Also, you can try download stuff anonymously. Anonymous downloads work for some cases were Libtorrent alone cannot do the job.
