Right now the Outproxy Settings are directly integrated into the Tribler GUI. I think this is not ideal because it could confuse less experienced users or they may activate it by error (and regret it later).
Maybe it would be better to offer a sepparate tool to run a outproxy with that can be used by People who actively want to support Tribler this way. Especially as a command line tool that could easily be installed on a VPS from a offshore Hoster or so…
