I hope you’ll make portable file.
Tribler doesn’t support blackiists right now, if you want, you could create a new feature request at our issue tracker (please read CONTRIBUTING.md before)
re Portable Tribler, it may work if you just copy the Tribler folder elsewhere and create a .bat file that sets APPDATA variable to a local dir before calling Tribler.
If that doesn’t work, you could create a feature request for this too, maybe someone will volunteer to do it (shouldn’t be that hard).
